Highway fail, RV going down the road with a wheel locked up

Highway fail, RV going down the road with a wheel locked up, we followed the person for 6 miles trying to make sure the fail wasn’t worse. Several people pulled up to them telling them about the fire and crash hazard. They refused to pull over. They continued driving 60 mph. Be safe my friends.
